How We Can Help
Your Partners in Design
Your Vision, Our Expertise
Every engagement begins the same way: we listen before we propose.
Not to your brief, but to your space, your rhythm, and what you're actually trying to change.
What follows is architecture and design that doesn't need to announce itself — it simply works, and keeps working.
The vast majority of our clients come through referral.
We don't take that as a metric — we take it as a responsibility.
We listen first, design with purpose,
- and build around you.

Interior Design
Interior design as an extension of the architecture — not a separate service applied afterwards.
When we design interiors, every decision is born from how the client actually lives, works, and moves through space.
Nothing is decorative for its own sake.
Approach
Interiors are designed as part of the architecture — not layered on top of it. The two are inseparable in our process.
Standalone
Interior design is also offered independently for projects where the architecture is already established.
Materials
We specify for quality over time. The test of a material is how it looks at ten years, not ten days.
Trade Access
Full trade access to furniture and material resources not available to the public. Savings passed to the client.
Project Types
Residential · Boutique hospitality · Creative offices · Cultural spaces
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Space planning
furniture layout, circulation, adjacencies planning— resolved before anything is specified
Material and finish specification
every surface, every texture, selected for how it ages and not just how it looks on day one
Millwork and custom joinery design
cabinetry, built-ins, and bespoke elements drawn and detailed in-house
Lighting design
natural and artificial, layered for how the space will actually be used
Furniture selection and procurement
Department of Building, Landmarks Preservation Committee, and Community Boards
Art and object integration
placement, lighting, framing — the project doesn't end at the walls
Designer and artisan coordination
vast experience partnering with designers and ensuring what was specified is what gets built
Styling and project close-out
final walk-through and installation supervision
Construction Administration
The vision that was found gets built — not a version of it. Construction oversight is not an optional add-on.
It is the phase where everything either holds together or unravels apart.
We stay present until the last door is hung correctly.
Why It Matters
Most design failures happen during construction, not during design. The drawings are only as good as the oversight behind them.
The Problem
Many architects hand off to the contractor at permit. We don't. The principal remains present from groundbreaking to punch list.
Cost Savings
Clients have saved 30–40% vs large firm models through our technical fluency and contractor relationships.
Standalone
Construction oversight is also available as a standalone service for projects designed by other architects.
