Brooklyn Condo

Architecture / Interior Design / Construction

Unbuilt 2015. Size 9,000 s.f, NYC

Mimicking the surroundings we respect the past while carving out a foothold for the burgeoning neighborhood’s future.

East Williamsburg is one of the trendiest up-and-coming neighborhoods in Brooklyn. Our office’s proposal for this new condominium focuses on connecting with the inhabitants of the area: uncommon, surprising, with strong ties to the area and its legacy.

The paneled façade recalls the older buildings in the area, while the shifting and undulating balconies signify a new direction towards which the neighborhood is heading. Inside a series of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, and a penthouse are interlocked to foster an internal community.
