Designing Co-Working is not just creating a shared work space, its building a Community.

The design adapts to ever-changing workplace culture while being injected with Alley’s own brand of community that will continually evolve with its inhabitants.

Alley’s workspaces are made possible by creating many different work environments that each member, team, and company can find somewhere that suits their workflow. As you walk around you will experience ordinary materials like whiteboard and pine cladding used to create inventive space. While your team is under warm lighting in a comfy chair you just might find your collaborative endeavor is sharing a wall with a floating meeting room where another team is closing the big deal. Alley is about sharing the space to best benefit everyone involved so that as you grow, so does the community as a whole.

The internal steel staircase is the shared experience that connects each distinctive floor giving every member easy access to all of the amenities. Each floor has its own theme which permeates through the nooks and crannies of the space. From the barber shop restroom to the cabin fever phone booth, occupants can engage in unique experiences that are unlike that of a normal work environment. The overall aesthetic is based on a communal need where the thematic spaces shake off the feeling of being at work. Even circulation space between offices, meeting rooms and other programmatic elements promotes places to interact with even the most unlikely of companies and companions.
