We wanted to approach this office layout to prioritize individual and overall workplace well-being. Different sized breakout spaces serve a variety of functions that foster collaboration, and productivity. Considering that there are workflows for smaller groups or single staff members, we also designed relaxed environment away from the formal workstations.

Not only does this provide focused environments, it also develops spaces for taking short breaks to recharge mentally and carry on informal discussions. This change of scenery can boost creativity, reduce stress, and enhance problem-solving by encouraging spontaneous interaction and idea-sharing among colleagues outside of typical work day routines.
