New Delhi Residence

Three volumes rest on a plinth, one for each way the home-owner shares their residence with friends and family. The center is an art gallery, the right is for entertaining guests, the left is a number of suites.

Exploring the industrial history of the Lower East Side, this factory converted into a modern triplex takes advantage of the original timber framing and brick walls as a historical backdrop to the modern additions.
LK Residence

Natural light tones set the stage for elegant herringbone floors, bleach walnut cabinets, and ultra modern bathrooms. Three bedrooms and Master Suite are tucked along one wing of the residence whereas an expansive open area includes a sprawling kitchen, amply large living room, and a bar. All to be a perfect area to gather for family meals and entertaining many guests.
One Oak Chalet Addition

The sprawling addition to this rustic chalet wraps around the property and is dappled in sunlight by the century old Oak tree. Each suite overlooks the French Alps leaving the single Oak tree out of the sight lines.
